ABOUT US
DSC_1281.jpg

The eyes are important sensory organs that receive 70-80% of information from the outside world.

In today's world, computers have become an essential part of life, for both work and play.
At the same time, the number of diseases that can lead to vision problems, such as eye fatigue and dry eyes, is increasing.
In addition, it is important to detect glaucoma, which can be asymptomatic, cataracts caused by aging, and retinopathy caused by lifestyle-related diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes early through regular examinations.
In order to protect healthy vision and help you live a comfortable life, our hospital is fully equipped with advanced medical testing equipment.
In preparation for future information disclosure and hospital-clinic collaboration, we were one of the first to introduce an electronic medical record and image filing system.
We aim to provide attentive, patient-friendly medical care.

What is OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)?

An OCT (optical coherence tomography) examination is a test that takes a cross-sectional image of the retina (the part that corresponds to the film in a camera).
OCT examinations can clarify the condition of the retina, which is difficult to determine through physical examination alone, and can be useful in determining treatment plans for retinal diseases and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment.
Common eye diseases that require OCT examination include retinal detachment, macular hole, macular edema, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma.
